All our bacon is dry-cured in the shop. No injections into the meat, which means no unnecessary white bits and all the flavour you would expect.

We are old school, and that is rare nowadays. We might not be open every hour of the day, and we might not have exactly what you want in stock at that very moment. But what we do have is knowledge, experience and a genuine passion for good meat.
If we do not have what you want, we can usually get it. We are always happy to make custom sausage and bacon recipes too, so if that is something you fancy, come and have a chat.
Times may vary. We might shut a little sooner than listed if we are quiet.
We take catering orders and deliver Monday to Saturday. For information and prices, give us a call. If you ring out of hours, leave your name and number on the answerphone and we will get back to you.
